MINISTRY TRAINING NETWORK
Training For Your Leadership!
The Ministry Training Institute offers a College-level Course that was developed by John and Sonja Decker and has been used to train missionaries, pastors, and leaders around the globe. MTI places an equal weight on curriculum and hands-on practicums. While the students get solid doctrinal training, they also get functional “real-world” practice. The key to lasting growth in our students is established through their practical application as they learn the material, referred to as practicums.
OUR UNIQUE APPROACH TO THIS ONLINE COURSE
The coursework is completed ONLINE (two lessons per week). The coursework will be followed up with a 1.5-hour Weekly Coaching Session via a Zoom Call to answer questions and discuss students' progress with practicum assignments. The Coaching will be hosted by Kirk L. Zehnder, Director of Local Church Dynamics, with over 40 years of pastoral and ministry experience. Pastor Kirk is an ordained pastor with The Foursquare Church and also serves as a District Representative for Foursquare Missions Press.
THIS ONLINE COURSE WITH PERSONAL COACHING
IS LIMITED TO 12 STUDENTS!
To provide the best interaction and learning experience, our CROWN TRACK, with online coaching and guided study through the Ministry Institute, will be limited to 12 students. We will meet on Monday nights from 7:00-8:30 PM beginning Monday, September 15, 2025. We will take breaks for all the usual holiday weeks that the schools follow. Our last session will be on Monday, June 22, 2026. We will hold a Graduation Sunday on Sunday, September 28, 2026, for all those who have successfully completed the course and assignments. A Graduation Certificate will be presented to all who complete the course, practicum, and coaching.
